Jack Green is well known as an Olympic athlete, but increasingly as a leading advocate for mental health in sport, following his own diagnosis of depression after London 2012.
Having recently founded his business, The Athlete Sustainability Report (TASR), Jack is now fully immersed in entrepreneurship, bringing a more holistic understanding of the human element that drives performance.
We covered:
🦒 His first ambition of becoming a zookeeper.
👁️ The training session so intense he lost his eyesight for an hour.
🇺🇸 Moving to the US to train at the elite IMG Academy, even selling his house to make it possible.
🤝 Why selling was something he had to learn, even as an athlete.
👨🎓 Some regrets about leaving his studies to pursue sport.
😀 Most importantly, how his experiences shaped a more rounded and holistic approach to business, coaching, and wellbeing.
